This is an original watercolour painted on sustainably sourced wooden board treated with an acid free watercolour ground. The painting represents my observations of Eastern Spinebills feeding from a blossoming Pin Cushion Hakea in Autumn. The full moon behind adds whimsy as well as an allusion to the rotating cycles and seasons within our gardens and ecosystems.  This painting is approximately A4 size
